Mandy loves weaving symbolism and vivid expressions together to convey her own experiences and ideas in art and poetry form. “Some things can only be expressed in a sort of code,” she explains. “It will connect with those it’s meant to connect with.”
She is originally known for her colorful and unique commissioned family portraits and memorial pieces to honor loved ones who have passed on. Her most recent work focuses on religious deconstruction and womanhood.
Her love of symbolism is clear, not just in the artwork, but in her tarot readings as well.
“I love the journey of the Major Arcana. I connect so deeply with the process it describes.—it’s fascinating to me. The order I find in the chaos of the shuffled cards brings insight and balance for myself and my clients.”
